To:  The Editor of the Hills News.

Thank you for publishing my letter today which you titlted "Britannia waived rules".

The fact that we do not have a Constitution (negated on the signing of the Covenant of the League of Nations,  1920) presents Australians with an opportunity to create a government which is truly "of the people,  by the people and for the people" and do away with the vexations of political parties and other vested interest groups.

All the excesses of corrupt politicians and judges can be remedied by a Constitution which restores our rights granted by such historic documents as Magna Carta,  Bill of Rights,  Habeas Corpus and the Petition of Right.  Our politicians regard these Charters as mere items of legislation which they can and do discard if and whenever it pleases them.

Our politicians are actually guilty of using a "false instrument" ,  or document which is null and void,  with the intention of inducing others to accept it as genuine.  This is an offence under the Crimes Act 1900 and punishable by ten years imprisonment.  They are doing this to create the illusion that our Parliaments and Courts have legitimacy - which they do not because the documents which established them are invalid.  They want to keep the status quo.  The corrupt establishment want to hold on to power to which they are not entitled.

What a chance to right the wrongs and regain our country!  It won't happen if the crims continue to have their way.

I would like to see some crusading journalism from the likes of the Hills News.  Inform the people.  Fight for the Truth.

Yours sincerely,

John Wilson.
