In 1997 I was imprisoned in Silverwater Goal three weeks after being released on bail on the day of an incident in the Supreme Court of New South Wales when I was charged under section 326 of the NSW Crimes Act.  The D.P.P. insisted on increasing the severity of the terms of bail and the Magistrate in the Downing Centre Local Court imprisoned me when I said the new terms were unfair.  I stayed in Silverwater 2 days and 2 nights until a friend signed a surity for me.  I kept on insisting in the Local Court that my charges be tried by a jury.  In March 1998,  the D.P.P. withdrew the charges and there was no trial for those charges.

I am still involved in court battles with the banks and the judges.

The question concerning the imprisoning episode is:  Who do I sue,  ie:  who is the Defendent to my being the Plaintiff,  for this violation of my rights?

Yours sincerely,

John Wilson.
