Dear Mr. Tanna,
Thank you for your letter regarding the Notice
of a Constitutional Matter which I sent to the Federal, State and
Territory Attorney-Generals.
Thank you for enclosing the judgement of Hayne J
of the High Court in Joose v. ASIC and the others.
The Hayne J judgement is full of lies and
treachery which, if not remedied here in Australia, will be taken to
the United Nations and the International Court of Justice. It seems as
though judicial corruption in Australia is so entrenched that no honest judge
will take a stand against it. This is a terrible, terrible situation
and I am sure that, even though I will demonstrate the wrongfulness of the
Hayne J judgement in court, the points I will raise will be totally
ignored by the judges.
If Australians have to go overseas to find
justice then that's how it will be.
