Dear Fellow Australians, How will Chief Justice Wood of the Supreme Court of New South Wales respond when I tell him at 10 am this morning in Courtroom 10A of the Law Courts Building, Quee's Square, Sydney that he is a FALSE JUDGE IN A FALSE COURT ESTABLISHED BY A FALSE LAW? International Law (esp. the Covenant on Civil & Political Rights) demands that everyone is entitled to a competent, independent and impartial tribunal established by law. The law establishing the Supreme Court of New South Wales is the Supreme Court Act 1970 which is a law made by the legislature (section 5 Constitution Act 1902) of the Parliament of NSW where "THE LEGISLATURE" (section 3 Constitution Act 1902) is "THE KING" of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland who is a FOREIGN POWER whose laws cannot be imposed on the SOVEREIGN, INDEPENDENT & SELF-GOVERNING NATION which Australia because in 1919 when Australia signed the Treaty of Versailles and took its place in the Assembly of the League of Nations (later to become the United Nations).
