Spot on Phil. When Albert Langer did his stint in HM apartments, "neither"
was one result. Obviously "neither" is no threat to the establishment at
all - no chance of anyone there doing another stint in HM apartments - so
may just as well be lumped in with all the other "chatterers" in the
chattering class, under the heading: "No Immediate Threat".
