How is it possible for DFAT and Treasury bureaucrats to impose a discredited tax system on a nation where an absolute (and still growing) majority of voters don't want it? The short answer is the DFAT and Treasury bureaucrats, and AEC officials break laws which get in their way, including electoral laws.
