Australians,
Yesterday, at a meeting of the newly-formed organization called
FLAC (For Legally Abused Citizens) in Sydney, Joe Bryant asked whether I
had a Fighting Fund and said 2 people had already given him donations to give to
me.
My campaign
against Banks and Judges and the fight to re-establish the Right to Trial by
Jury is set out in my website of http://www.rightsandwrong.com.au and
the latest development is that I have been released from jail having served 3
months and 3 weeks of a 2 year no parole sentence imposed on 9 November 1999 for
Contempt of Court for which I was denied Trial by
Jury.
Now,
the idea of a Fighting Fund is most attractive because the St. George Bank
Limited are bearing down very heavily with the Writ of Possession granted by the
Supreme Court of New South Wales on 30 November 1999.
Also, I
will be mounting yet another court challenge - this time against the State and
Federal Governments for the crimes for which they are responsible including
concealing Bank Fraud and Judicial Corruption as well as Unlawful
Imprisonment.
