Dear Fellow Australians,
I phoned the enquiries of the NSW Supreme Court
to find out in which court my case is scheduled for tomorow.
The clerk said, "That's strange. It's down
for 2 courts - one at 9:30 and again at 10."
In Court 7E at 9:30 am Registrar Durkin is to
deal with the Crown's Notice of Motion to dismiss the case and my Notice to
Expedite trial by jury.
Then, in Court 11C at 10:00 am Justice
Carruthers is scheduled for what I do not know.
Could it be that something has been contrived
behind the scenes????????
Could it be that Registrar Durkin has been programmed to agree
to the Crown's Notice of Motion - which would have the effect of eliminating my
Notice to Expedite trial by jury and throwing my case out, right there and then
- thereby cancelling it from Justice Carruthers's list?
OR, could it be that Registrar Durkin has
been programmed to strike out my Notice to Expedite trial by jury and pass the
Crown's Notice of Motion for dismissal over to Justice Carruthers? Registrar
Durkin might also be programmed to pass the case to Justice Carruthers
to actually hear it?
Otherwise, why would the case be put into
Justice Carruthers's list for 10 o'clock?
Make no mistake, this issue of our right
to trial by jury is vital to our right to freedom and justice.
Yours sincerely,
John
Wilson.
