hmm, this is probably _very_ applicable here. the audience will,
quite honestly, be mostly smarter than me ;-) so starting with a
'primer' approach might seem boring or worse a bit condescending.
based on this advice, maybe the flow of the talk should be more like
1. this is what linked music data can do (demo)
2. this is how it does it (really briefly)
3. this is how _you_ can do it
4. questions?
5. repeat w/ another demo

Show the Magic.
Then have the audience seek demystification. If that doesn't happen
(most are shy), covertly demystify based on the sequence outlined above :-)

I did not mention before, but this is a 3 hour tutorial session that
will take place end of October in Kobe Japan. So plenty of time to
suggest demos and content :-)
