FYI:

http://www.productontology.org implements both rdfs:isDefinedBy and
wdrs:describedby, I hope correctly.

See

http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer (with conneg)
http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.ttl
http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.rdf

In fact, www.productontology.org tries to model all distinct conceptual
entities and their relationships in a very granular way, see:

<http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.rdf> a foaf:Document;
        foaf:primaryTopic <http://www.productontology.org/id/Hammer>.
<http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.ttl> a foaf:Document;

<http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer> a foaf:Document;
        foaf:primaryTopic <http://www.productontology.org/id/Hammer>.

<http://www.productontology.org/id/Hammer> a owl:Class;
        rdfs:isDefinedBy <http://www.productontology.org/#>;
...
        wdrs:describedby <http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.rdf>,
<http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.ttl>;
        foaf:homepage <http://www.productontology.org/doc/Hammer.html>;
        foaf:page <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammer>.

GoodRelations, the Vehicle Sales Ontology, the Tickets Ontology, the Volkswagen
Car Options Ontology, and the Volkswagen Vehicles Ontology all contain at least
rdfs:isDefinedBy axioms.

But I think you can hardly get this correct without

1. reading RFC 2616 over and over again and
2. having the privilege of getting feedback from Kingsley.
