Dear Michiaki Tatsubori,
With the Open Knowledge Foundation we have an open transport working
group which I am coordinating. The website of this working group can be
found here: http://transport.okfn.org.
Next to my voluntary work at the OKFN, I started working on a PhD on
(linked) open transport data at the university of Ghent (Belgium) 4
months ago.
I would be pleased to give a talk on Open Transport Data if you would
think that I am the right person.
Kind regards,
Pieter Colpaert

Subject: Open Data for Intelligent Transportation Systems
To: Linking Open Data <[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>>
Apologies if the list is not appropriate for this purpose.
Could you recommend me a person who can speak about Open Data for/from
Intelligent Transportation System, possibly covering both private vehicles
and public transportation?
We are planning a special interest session including talks and panels
during 20th ITS World Congress in Tokyo, Oct 14-18, 2013, which requires
one from Open Data world. Expenses are covered by us.
Any idea of person to invite? Any idea in general about Open Data
for/from
ITS?
Regards,
Mich
