We actually need to register two relations, the problem right now is that we don't seem to be looking at what exists. IANA already has "lrdd" and "describedby" (inversOf "describes) relations that deals with generic metadata that describes a Web resource. The "acl" relation deals with specifically with ACL oriented metadata.

Conclusion: we need to look to what exists and harmonize. You basically end up with the following relationships:
