somewhat related to this direction there is a good project I'd like to see integrated on sparql endpoints and linked data api in general: https://helloreverb.com/developers/swagger this helps to provide access to metadata about services, and it is a good help for inline documentation/help. I wonder if it could fit on linked data fragments approach...
