Hi Dimitris et al.,
A) What is the specific use you have in mind?
B) Are you thinking about a centralized ontology managed by editors, a 
user-contributed ontology, or an automatically generated taxonomy?
C) How will it relate to other ontologies, taxonomies and schemas? Also, will 
it relate to Wikidata, Wikipedia, schema.org, Facebook OG, etc.
D) How will you categorize Wiki pages (and possibly other documents) against 
this ontology?
