Added a new feature to Crazy Ivan per Ivan and Michael's request: - Links to the XHTML/SPARQL files are now available beside each Test Case. Click on 'xhtml/sparql' to get access to them.
and several other features/fixes while I was in there: - "Run All Unit Tests" doesn't produce a Javascript error if one (or more) of the unit tests have already been executed. - Unit Tests resulting in an ERROR can now be re-run. - There is now a 1000ms timeout between tests instead of a 200ms timeout... the SPARQL services were getting bogged down/report errors when they got more than 10 concurrent requests at a time. - SPARQL.org is now the default SPARQL engine since Virtuoso is broken for isBlank() queries.
