Even if were to go down this path, I don't think this functionality belongs in resource hints: https://github.com/igrigorik/resource-hints/issues/12#issuecomment-50670851 I'm sure we can come up with examples where having this data is useful, but I'm highly skeptical of its potential for wide implementation+reach+adoption in the wild.
