Hello, Thanks for everyone that took part in the "navigationStart and the actual start of the navigation" discussion.
I put together a report summarizing what I learned in the discussion, proposing a spec change for High Resolution L2 and wondering if we should consider a fix for for Navigation Timing L1 too.
