I don't know the original intent, but for me, it just gives the language
the application is localized to, not the list of languages it sends in
Accept-Language (which is configurable).
Ah, yes. There are several other members of navigator that might be
better, but I guess it can't hurt to have it be automatically set, if it
wasn't set using setRequestHeader(). Made a change to that effect.
