ISSUE-124: Should MouseEvent have a 'pressure' attribute?

There are blogs discussing this sort of functionality ( see http://dougt.wordpress.com/2008/05/05/mouseevent-pressure-property/ ). At a minimum, if too late for DOM 3 Events, advanced touch-screen attributes should be discussed to make sure there is a clear path forward for a future version.
