I've completed the first version of a WebApps' Work Mode document:

The basic idea is to document some of the group's work practices,
particularly those that are somewhat "specialized" for the group such
as the "Call for Consensus" mechanism. It also contains a section of
links that would be helpful, for example, to a new member of the group.
Note that at the moment, the contents do not necessarily reflect the
consensus of WebApps (although eventually I would like that to be the
case).
Comments are welcome and direct updates on the wiki are encouraged
(ping Doug or Mike if you need an account).
