Also, it seems that normalization is only part of the algorithm for parsing the <access> element, but is not indicated for the process of evaluating whether access to a network resource is granted or not. I think it’s self-evident that this is meant, but it is probably worth highlighting, if only to make sure it gets tested :) Dom
