Sure! I'm happy to include that. However, I will need your help to

That should actually be reasonably trivial. Most of the HTML documents in the
test suite are the same green/red/grey documents. It's easy to make the same in
SVG, and then replace all the HTML documents with the same hash with their
corresponding SVGs, renaming the .html in the config files. That should leave a
few to change manually, but nothing horrible.
Yes I agree, that should not be difficult, I've already manually created the
green/red SVG files. But I was wondering about the order given in the default
start files table. For example, if a widget package contains both a index.htm
and index.svg, is the UA required to use index.htm ? If this is the case we
need to duplicate the tests. If not, we can add the SVG files and use a single
test (for most cases).
