Ouch! My CORS servlet filter is complete now, made a few tests against
Firefox. CORS support seems incomplete there - no simple headers at
all are returned on a CORS response, not even the ones marked by
"Access-Control-Expose-Headers" :(
Access-Control-Expose-Headers is a very recent addition.
