Step 7 of the FileReader.readAsDataURL() algorithm currently just says:
Set the result attribute to be blob's data content represented as a Data URL
It should, I think, say something about the using the type of the blob as well as the content of the blob when forming the data:// URL.
And similarly, I suppose, for FileReaderSync.
