Would it help if the DOM 3 Events was republished at the same time, with a note
pointing to the work done in DOM Core. Something along.

For what is worth, I like the prose of DOM Core and there is value in this
document. If it helps to attract additional comments about events, it will be
good. As long as you and Anne/Msg2ger find a way to coordinate.
There will be a way :)
