the above changset has been applied to DOM Core:

I updated Progress Events as well since it was not much work and then
you can get an idea of what is changed since the latest WD:

All the changes have been in section 4 and in the terminology section.
The changes will indeed require a new LC WD so I will (separately)
cancel the CfC to publish a CR and start a pre-LC RfC for the PE spec
and include a link to the DOM Core change.
