See above. It's 100% relevant to the public-webapps aspects of this
discussion.
And to make it more clear, the question public-webapps needs to answer
is how to write their spec so that it guarantees behavior that matches
that of actual arrays in implementations. The relevant definition of
"behavior" is more broad than the set of things ES5 specifies.
