Web Storage is now a Candidate Recommendation and as such, a Call for
Implementations was made [CfI]:

The root of the test suite for this spec follows but currently there are
no tests:

Separately, on public-webapps-testsuite [p-w-t], I will start a thread
re this test suite, e.g. a call for tests.
