Chromium has not yet implemented this rather large part of the spec, and last I checked (admittedly, some time ago) no-one else had either. This may have changed. If not, I'm worried there may be non-minor issues lurking there that will only be identified during implementation. (I'm a fan of the IETF's "two genetically distinct implementations" guidance for non-trivial specs.)
