Dear all, Allow me to introduce myself, this is Bo Hu, as a standard delegate from China Unicom. China Unicom is a Mobile network operator (Own the 3gpp UMTS network) in China. I joined W3C Webapp WG this year. I particular interested in how standardized web apps api enable more mobile apps leverage mobile network and provide richer web user experience, e.g. Push API proposed by AT&T and Telefonica. Besides, I am also a delegate in Open mobile alliance, where now we, with other parties, are developing standard Always Online Infrastructure(AOI), providing online awareness of device and apps to OTT applications and sending push notifications to the device/apps, which possibly uses Push API as a part of Client API.
