If you are interested in the charter of HTMLWG, please note there are
related discussions in [GH], and see in particular:

Note WebApps is implicated, with at least three different proposals to
replace WebApps and HTMLWG with four new Working Groups: [Ade], [PLH]
and [Robin].
If you have any comments, please participate directly in GH (f.ex. using
[Issues]), although I think it would be ok to also use this list.
