Kirk, I haven't seen you address this yet. To date, you have been the only one to express support that the vote was valid according to our Bylaws. All other members have expressed uncertainty.
I would ask that, for the benefit of members, you please follow the Bylaws and clarify that this was not a valid Review Notice, as the vote tally was not completed. Anything else would be a failure of your duties as Chair.
