Ballot Forum-5:   Election of CA/Browser Forum Vice Chair - Term Nov. 1, 2018 - 
Oct. 31, 2020

The voting period to elect a Vice Chair of the CA/Browser Forum is now open. 
This Ballot is held In accordance with Bylaw 4.1.

-Motion begins-

The two candidates for Chair of the CA/Browser Forum for a term commencing on 
November 1, 2018 and continuing through October 31, 2020 are:


1.       Dean Coclin



2.       Wayne Thayer

Please send your vote to the two Election Committee members directly: Don 
Sheehy at [email<mailto:[email> address] and also Clemens Wanko at 
[email<mailto:[email> address].  You can either send them as separate emails, 
or as one email to both committee members.  Please do NOT send your vote to the 
Public list or the Management list.

Each Member has one equal vote, regardless of whether its class of membership 
is CA or Browser. If multiple votes are submitted by a Member, the Election 
Committee will only count the last vote submitted by a Member during the voting 
period.

All votes will be considered confidential information by the Election Committee.

The candidate with the most votes on this ballot will be elected to the 
position of Chair of the CA/Browser Forum for a term commencing on November 1, 
2018 and continuing through October 31, 2020.

not send to the Public or Management list:

Voting period: (7 days)

Start Time: Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at 11:00 am Eastern Time

End Time: Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 11:00 am Eastern Time

The Election Committee will tally the votes and announce the candidate with the 
most votes on the Public list (but will not announce the vote totals or who 
voted for whom).
