[Adding servercert-wg@ at Ryan's suggestion]
I suggest removing [email protected] from the recipient list so that we don't get cross-posting.

I bcc-ed public so we can continue the discussion ONLY in servercert-wg@ list.

Thank you,
Dimitris.

Wayne, thanks for responding.

Do any of our other browser members have any plans to implement support
for Ed25519/Ed448 public keys and certificate signatures [RFC8410] (for
Server Authentication Certificates, or indeed for any other sort of
publicly-trusted certificates)?

Mozilla is interested in adding EdDSA support to Firefox, but we
don't currently have the work scheduled. If someone wants to submit
a patch, we'd be happy to consider it. The tracking bug is

Are any members seeing any demand for this yet from their
         customers/users?

EdDSA has a number of advantages over ECDSA, so ISTM that the
         idea of
permitting EdDSA in the BRs/EVGs is worthy of discussion.
