Ballot merges some EV and non EV requirements * 3072 bit root keys: no movement from June 2021 implementation date. CAs that need to update should submit new roots to Microsoft ASAP * Discussion about changing wording to FIPS 140-1 OR 140-2. Also, discussed removing “equivalent” wording.
