We've discussed reading the bylaws a lot, but we've missed one point. What does "substantially similar" mean?
Do people feel the following is "substantially similar" to the antitrust statement mentioned in Bylaws section 1.3: There once was a meeting, you see, Of companies, who all do compete. They gathered to discuss Certificates, without a fuss, But without sharing info that's "sensitive." They agreed not to talk of the price, Or the costs that they'd paid in a trice. No marketing or plans, No allocation of fans, Or products, or territory, nice! They kept their discussions technical, Without getting overly critical. New certificates in mind, But no secrets to find, And no competitive behavior diabolical. So let's raise a toast to this meeting, For competitors civilly greeting. They kept it above board, With their info safely stored, And their market positions unseating. -Tim Disclaimer: This is not a serious proposal or question.
