Here is another update, correcting the total number of votes of Certificate Issuers. We need to automate this report from the Member's tool soon :-)

The voting period for Ballot FORUM-020 v.2 - Amend Code Signing Certificate Working Group Charter has ended and *the Ballot has Passed.*Here are the results:

      *_Voting by Certificate Issuers – 12 votes total including
      abstentions_*

  * *11 Yes votes*: CFCA, eMudhra, Entrust, Fastly, GDCA, GoDaddy,
    HARICA, IdenTrust, Sectigo, SSL.com, Viking Cloud .
  * *1 No votes*: DigiCert
  * *0 Abstain*:

92% of voting Certificate Issuers voted in favor

      *_Voting by Certificate Consumers – 1 votes total including
      abstentions_*

  * *1 Yes votes*: Mozilla
  * *0 No votes*:
  * *0 Abstain*:

100% of voting Certificate Consumers voted in favor

      Relevant Bylaw references

Bylaw 2.3(6) requires:

  * a "yes" vote by two-thirds of Certificate Issuer votes and
    50%-plus-one Certificate Consumer votes for approval.  Votes to
    abstain are not counted for this purpose. This requirement _was
    met for both Certificate Issuers and Certificate Consumers_.
  * at least one Certificate Issuer and one Certificate Consumer
    Member must vote in favor of a ballot for the ballot to be
    adopted. This requirement _was also met_.

Under Bylaw 2.3(7), "aballot result will be considered valid only when more than half of the number of currently active Members has participated". Votes to abstain are counted in determining a quorum.Half of currently active Members as of the start of voting was *12*, so quorum was *13 votes *– _quorum was met_.
