ETSI EN 319 411-1 clause 4.2.2 states
In case of conflicting requirements between latest version of CA/Browser Forum policies for SSL/TLS Certificates and the present document, it is requested that this is brought to the attention of ETSI TC ESI and the CAB Forum. The ETSI requirements EN 319 411-1 and EN 319 411-2 contain references to specific sections of the EV Guidelines which were thrown off by the recent ballot to transform the EVG to RFC 3647-format. DigiCert has submitted change requests to ETSI ESI to propose corrections for these references to the new version of the EVG. Other documents that refer to the EVG may wish to confirm their continuing alignment.
