The AllCertificatePEMsCSVFormat report has been update to accept one parameter: either NotBeforeYear or NotBeforeDecade
The Resources tab of the ccadb.org site has been updated with the new description of this report: https://www.ccadb.org/resources#all-certificate-pems > would sharding by notBefore require manual action in Salesforce every year/decade to provision a new shard? No. This has been implemented such that we will not need to make changes on the Salesforce side for future years.
