Hello,

We have extended this feature to automatically email all CA Owners Primary
POCs (those who can log into the CCADB) when a Case is submitted or closed,
or a comment is added to the Case.

This enhancement was suggested here
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1946849>, and we appreciate
the feedback.
