Not really, no.

It would be possible to hack a script grabbing the list of modules,
converting that to filenames (HTML::Tree -> */HTML/Tree.pm) and using
apt-file search to find out the package name but it relies on the
Contents-*.gz files indexing the content of all packages.

Thus the required information are not really part of the control
information exported by packages.
