When I try to build a pdf locally using:
$ publican build --lang=en-US --format=pdf

Publican appears to work correctly until reporting an error:
Jun 9, 2010 4:22:38 p.m. org.apache.fop.cli.Main startFOP
SEVERE: Exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
   at org.apache.fop.cli.InputHandler.transformTo(InputHandler.java:217)
   at org.apache.fop.cli.InputHandler.renderTo(InputHandler.java:125)
   at org.apache.fop.cli.Main.startFOP(Main.java:166)
   at org.apache.fop.cli.Main.main(Main.java:196)

Upon checking the PDF folder, it's empty.

What am I doing wrong?

"All parts should go together without forcing. You must remember that
the parts you are reassembling were disassembled by you. Therefore, if
you can't get them together again, there must be a reason. By all
means, do not use hammer." -- IBM maintenance manual, 1975
