Commercial relationships require vetting by lawyers. I'm not a lawyer. you are 
not Publicans lawyer. I'm not discussing it other than to say no one is 
entitled to enter such relationships on Publican behalf.

Feel free to fork or carry patches, but don't grant commercial rights
for Publican.
