I've downloaded, untar'd and built Publican 3.2.0 on a Linux Mint 13 KDE setup.

The Readme need a wee fix for the CPAN version of building from source:
CPAN
cd publican
Currently you have to manually install File::pushd from CPAN first
...
$ sudo ./Build install
The install line needs a "sudo" of you just get an error about not being able
to write to /etc.
I'm off to try it out now!
