Hi Milt,

Welcome! As Dimi recommended, the public policy site (
https://policy.wikimedia.org) is a great place to start.

On etiquette, this list is open for public discussion about policy issues
that are important for the Wikimedia projects. We generally follow
Wikipedia's suggested etiquette (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Etiquette), and you can see this
mailing list's archives (https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/publicpolicy/)
if you want to learn more. If you have other questions, you can also email
Dimi, me, and the other mailing list admins directly (
[email protected]).

Best,
Stephen
