Hi Emeric

Thanks for letting us know about this very troubling development. After the
recent success story for (Wikimedia) France this is a big step back.

Could you explain the second measure a little more? What would the search
engine have to pay an fee for and do you see this targeting more than just
search engines?

Combined these measures seem like they would have negative implications for
a lot of people and I imagine that building a larger (ad-hoc) alliance
against them that includes photographers, platforms of all sorts, consumers
could be a feasible and promising approach to prevent this?

Curious to hear more about this!

Best,
Jan
