Since ACTA the massed ranks of big media lobbyists have undoubtedly planned
to ensure they would never lose like that again. Moreover some of the
beneficiaries of today's decision are unloved bug tech companies, so voting
to support their cause wasn't to be taken for granted.

which makes this all the more impressive for the non profit sector. The
