Hello everyone

We've published a blog post today to explain how communities decide whether
or not (and how) to take action around policy proposals such as the new EU
copyright directive:
https://wikimediafoundation.org/2019/03/20/four-wikipedias-to-black-out-over-eu-copyright-directive/
In the post, we also explain the Wikimedia Foundation's role and how we
support community decisions.

Cheers,
Jan
