Hi all, The Dutch government is the first to propose an actual draft national implementation of the Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive.
There is now an open consultation on it, running until September: https://www.internetconsultatie.nl/auteursrecht WMNL folks are already coordinating on this. Cheers, Dimi
