Many thanks for sharing this. As Wikimedia UK and the Wikimedia Foundation
are lobbying for very specific changes to the OSB, we are trying to keep
our powder dry and are not formally joining calls relating to end-to-end
encryption (although of course I agree with the principles and concerns
expressed in the letter). Wikimedia UK did add our name/logo to an ORG
briefing on the OSB and prior restraint, circulated to peers in April.
